Bacula Removable Disk configuration suggestions

I just found Simone's post on vchanger. Hey says he's altered 2 or 3 lines of code, but i see quite a few differences when i diff them.

I've moved Bacula And Removable Disk HOWTO to the Bacula Wiki.

I suggest people don't use UseVolumeOnce = yes, do set MaximumVolumeBytes, and keep one USB drive offsite.

I've previously posted Bacula And Removable Disk HOWTO on my server, but i found that the Bacula wiki is a better place for it. Please make changes there.

The Basic Volume Management suggests to use UseVolumeOnce = yes for DeviceType = File, but i'd recommend against this. To my understanding, if you want to maximize the space on your disk, you'd create all the "tapes" Bacula would need, say 100 of them (3 jobs per day, 30 days per month). Most backup jobs are differentials or incrementals, so these create small "tapes" in the magazine. After the retention period, when these tapes get recycled, they can't grow because other tapes (say full backups) have filled the disk. Thus you must delete volumes and recreate them.

Similarly, when a FULL tape is used for a non FULL backup, i don't know if the extra space on the tape is reclaimed or wasted.

I do recommend using MaximumVolumeBytes = 34359738368 (2^25), otherwise you get one huge file with all your backups on it.

Finally i'd recommend using 2 USB drives while keeping one offsite.
